Hey guys it seems like the new left for dead dlc is going to hit the mirrors in a few hours.
For PC users its going to be a free DLC
for Xbox users its going to cost 800 points.
allot of xbox users are angry at this but what they do not realize is that Microsoft charges for downloads.
so a free xbox DLC actualy costs Valve money with Steam the distribution is completely free of charge.
Hey guys it’s been some time since my last post but i’ve made some big choices in my life.
one of witch is to quit playing the game Eve online witch i have been playing for 4 years.
it time to stop living in the virtual world and time to start making something in the Real world.
So with that in mind i’ve picked up my coding where i left off and im getting close to starting my own software company.

Hey Boys and girls …. after several long years it has finaly happaned. Natural selection 2 has got their promo site online. Witch has a awsome Video on it
witch you can see here
they started taking Pre-Orders. I preordered my game just a few moments ago.
their currently selling 2 versions premium and standard.
premium includes things like earlier beta(and alpha) access
and a special black marine skin.
standard gives out just Beta access
The Unknown Worlds development team is happy with my money as you can see in this image
I personaly have a long history with Natural Selection. to summerize it
Member of second clan ever formed for Natural selection (EGC: endgame clan)
this clan sadly kicked the bucked quite soon after release becouse of time constrains so i continued
with my other thing i was doing for the natural selection community i already was a IRC veteran.
and trough IRC I discovered NSRadio. after djing several times i eventualy made it on to a management position.
Soon after that combat came out and the classic became to compatitive for me so it was time for me to move on to start doing Rl and eve online…. to bad eve took up my RL.
So now its understandable that im extremely happy with this news about Natural selection 2.
hahaha i just took a nerd test i found online just to see if i was such a huge nerd as i tought i would be.
and this is the result
Pretty funny result and yes i only took the test once and i filled it out truthfully.
altough im REALY nerdy in computers but that was no suprize to me
according to the test 96% was less nerdy then me in computers.
My name is Arend Stührmann, also known as CCP Whisper, and I am the producer in charge of the project bringing EVE Online to the Mac and Linux operating systems. As you may know, we have been working in partnership with Transgaming Technologies, utilizing their Cider engine to allow EVE Online to run on the Mac OS and their Cedega engine to enable operation under Linux. This project went live in late 2007 and in that time we have seen the same slow, steady growth in the numbers of users of the Mac client that has characterized the growth of EVE Online throughout its history. However we have not seen a similar growth in the numbers using our Linux client.
It is for this reason that I am sorry to have to announce that from the 10th of March onwards CCP will no longer be officially supporting the Linux operating system. The low amount of users of the Linux client did not justify the degree of additional complexity having three operating systems imposes on our development and release schedules. There is the matter of maintaining the hardware infrastructure to facilitate the development work, spending man-hours on testing and diagnosing faults in the client as well as regression testing. While we did embark on this project with the aim of being one of the few MMOG’s on the market offering a game client for all of the major operating system architectures,we feel that the time and resources that were being spent on the Linux client would be better utilized in areas where more players would benefit from them.
I would like to thank you for your past support of our efforts to bring EVE to the Linux OS. The feedback and commitment we obtained from players like you helped both CCP and Transgaming with our attempts to improve on the quality and stability of the client. Many of us in CCP use Linux and are convinced of its merits as an operating system.
Should you wish to continue playing EVE Online under Linux there are several options available. Some of these are free and some require purchase of software. A selection of these is at the bottom of this e-mail along with basic instructions on how to use EVE Online through them. If you wish to stop playing EVE Online and want to request a refund of unused game time, please contact our billing department by filing a petition in the billing category. They will assist you in obtaining a refund for the remaining game time and closing your account.
hey guys and gals as you can see it has been long overdue but i got the layout working for Roogle.eu.
now it actualy looks like a eve website … sorta maybe ill add in some animations or a few ships in the background.
ofcourse as i just seen i spotted some minor visual bugs that wont even bother most ppl or be noticed but i gotta get rid of them
Now on to eve.
I’ve been mining my ass off to pay off a financial mistake i made of half a bill witch kinda sucks.
In the uni itself it has been quiet for a while thank god … we are finaly able to mine etc and get on with teaching.
one thing im dreading is the febuary release of eve-in-box witch can bring in a gigantic influx of newbies witch will come to the corp.
usualy the downside is that allot of those newbies are the not fun kind that just like to pirate and pvp all day long.
and like usual they prolly wont do their research like most of the wardecs the uni gets.
Hey guys it’s been a while but i’ve been busy with eve ,quake live and real life.
i’ve ordered a orca past month witch was due for delivery jan the 5th well that time came and when.
no mail or contract for a orca …. im wondering now if it will ever deliver.
However a fellow uni character gave me his orca to use while he gets his skills up.
the idea was to just give him mine but looks like that isnt going to happan so i have to come up with some other idea.
Seems Kelduum is it … lets hope he lasts a long time and doesnt burn out fast
As many of you will know, Dee Carson, a director since April 2007 and Director of Operations for Eve University for the last 6 months, recently stepped down to have some fun again and pursue other interests.
The post of Director of Operations is a massively important one – it involves a great deal of work, not the least of which is ensuring the stability and safety of the Uni itself, and as such there are very few other roles in New Eden which have the potential to directly impact the sheer volume of capsuleers, simply due to the amount of pilots which pass through the corporation.
So, after a week of careful consideration, it is my great honour to accept the role of Director of Operations – one that I hope I will be able to fill with the same level of dedication which Dee did before me.
I am not planning any immediate changes in the Uni, however I am considering some fairly big behind the scenes changes regarding things like roles, which I hope to allow streamlined access to things like hangars and the resources they contain, and an updated policy on inactive members, which should allow us to reduce the membership to only those active, while keeping Ivy League’s profile down on the alliance rankings, which is likely one of the core reasons of the wars recently.
